About Us
Background
Bete-Semay Creative Media was started in August, 2016 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia by a group of young entrepreneurs. In 2018, it expanded to Lusaka, Zambia under the name ‘Kwa-Halimu’ after merging with RJ Photos - a leading photography firm in the country.

Bete-Semay’s work force is made up of a collective of passionate creatives who are convinced by the power of media and art to effect positive change in their communities.
Our team draws from the rich pool of African talent with backgrounds ranging from filmmakers and designers, to photographers, journalists and communications experts. Trained both locally and internationally, our diverse team is fully equipped to provide regional, as well as global solutions.
